The repair agent deployed was friendly and appeared knowledgeable, and fixed the issue I had had (defunct thermostat). On the survey sent out, I graded the man highly, but when I ran the dishwasher it didn't work properly. I had to reopen it and fix the problem, which resulted from the repair agent improperly placing the door-latch. In my opinion, the gentleman didn't finish the repair job.
The dishwasher leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth anyway: I have model 66513749K604. In the five years we have owned it, we have had to replace the control panel (W10243209) three times -- the first time withn 3 months. The second and third time I installed it myself, the third time after receiving an estimate that was more than twice what I paid to order the part and replace it myself.
I purchased product protection for the next three years, which is a mixed bag: the repairs will be free, but how do I know they'll be completed?
